Food delivery in India has a quiet problem: commission. On most apps, every order gives up 20–30% to the platform. Restaurants can't absorb that, so they raise menu prices — and you, the customer, end up paying more for the same food.

Happy Paaji charges restaurants zero commission. Instead, restaurants pay a flat monthly subscription based on their revenue tier. The platform stays funded, restaurants keep their margins, and menus stay at real dine-in prices.
