Orders are placed and managed in the Happy Paaji app. This summary explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before the restaurant accepts it at no charge. Once a restaurant starts preparing your food, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds
If something goes wrong — a missing item, a quality issue, or a failed delivery — contact support through the app. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Timelines
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
